Did I forget to blog last week?
Or has this week just flown!?
Iep's, planting trees
Scarecrows on the farm!
This month we study cities
And compare them to the country
In math we play with number sets
Manipulatives are aplenty
We continue matching colors
Numbers, words and of course play!
And some of us are reading books
A prouder teacher? NO WAY!
Next week there is a holiday
So we are not in school
The week after, only two days left
Now THAT is really cool!
Thanksgiving is coming and with it a rest
Where we stay with our families
Aren't families the best!
Then on to December and what will come, who knows?
Stay tuned, keep ya posted
Now enjoy all the photos!

Class Video Of the Week!

Class Challenge Of the Week:
Planting trees!
Class Goal Of the Week:
Work together
Parent Question of the Week:
"What can I do at home to encourage my child to do chores?"
Just because a child is living with autism does not mean they should not have responsibilities. Find a few things you would like your child to do. Make a picture schedule ( or ask me for help with that) and find something they are willing to work for. In the class it is everything from goldfish, to computers or my NOOK. Children WILL work for you. They are still young and they are more than capable. If they have responsibilities in my room at school then you are more than capable of giving them chores at home. If you need help just ask!!!!
